How can we help?
Questions about an order, a scent or a decant size? Check the quick answers below or send us a message — we'll get back to you by email.
Shipping & delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days and you'll get tracking by email. Shipping is $1.99, or free on orders $19.99+.
About our decants
Every decant is poured from the original bottle into a 5 ml (about 85 sprays) or 10 ml (about 170 sprays) travel spray. The original bottle is not included.
Returns
Because decants are opened fragrance, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo and we'll make it right.
Discounts & bundles
New here? Use WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order. Or pick any 3 with the Arabic Trio ($17.99) or Designer Trio ($29.99).
